Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute marketing plans for the entire product portfolio
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned portfolio
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare product strategies with the Sales Manager for cycle meetings and throughout the year
  • Lead projects for new product launches
  • Design and manage online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Propose, coordinate and manage the marketing budget
  • Prepare, monitor and ensure adherence to marketing activities and costs per approved plan
  • Propose and support product innovations
  • Organize symposia, conferences and congresses
  • Prepare and ensure scientific accuracy of promotional materials
  • Monitor relevant competitors; conduct market and trend research
  • Communicate product information to media and professional audiences (advertising, promo items, product information materials, expert lectures)
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and VIPs in the field
  • Prepare market potential assessments for new molecules
  • Lead and be responsible for product training of new staff in cooperation with the Sales Manager
  • Ensure transfer of necessary information to the field team

Management responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing strategy for individual products
  • Participate in building the customer database
  • Monitor product performance and manage product lifecycle

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong pharmaceutical background and regulatory awareness
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability
  • Leadership: lead by example, motivate cross‑functional teams, manage agencies and external partners
  • Communication: clear, confident verbal and written communication for internal stakeholders, KOLs and media
  • Interpersonal skills: build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, sales, medical teams and agencies
  • Analytical thinking: work with market and sales data, identify trends, derive insights and measure campaign ROI/KPIs
  • Strategic thinking: develop long‑term brand and product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Creativity & problem‑solving: design effective campaigns, resolve marketing challenges and make data‑driven decisions
  • Resilience & adaptability: stay focused under pressure, respond to market shifts and changing priorities
  • Customer‑centric mindset: understand HCP and patient needs, design solutions that enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Goal‑oriented: strong drive to meet marketing objectives, increase market share and deliver measurable results
