Responsibilities:

Responsible for material planning and securing material supply from selected suppliers and securing the right inventory level and service level to customers of Hydroscand
Adjust and take action for correct master data, forecasting and purchase orders

Work description:

Planning and creating purchase orders for Hydroscand assortment

Follow up on open purchase orders and delivery schedule

Retrieve and update supplier lead times and maintain updated planning parameters in ERP.

Adjust and follow up planning parameters in ERP to market demands and supplier delivery conditions

Update purchase prices in ERP

Monitor demands for early changes in market requirement

Continuously work for improved inventory turnover rate and reduce obsolete stock

Requirements:

Good understanding of the supply chain and purchasing process

Education from the field of supply chain management or similar experience

Fluent spoken and written English

Experience from an ERP system or comfortable with new software

Positiove attitude to working tasks with focuse on the result
