Hledáme kolegu/kolegyni do našeho týmu v kanceláři v České Třebové a nástupem možným co nejdříve.

Jedná se o zařizování mezinárodní přepravy pro našeho stálého zákazníka.

Pracovní doba je od pondělí do pátku 8 hodin denně.

Komunikace se zákazníkem probíhá v angličtině.

The candidate will be part of our Česká Třebová team and our Global PSA BDP entity.

Daily duties:

• Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and procedures

• Order processing management (End-to-end processing of received orders)

• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders

• Coordination/follow-up of the shipment

• Documentation/administration/filing/invoicing

• Freight Audit

• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (email, EDI)

• Operational troubleshooting/Active Customer Service/Logistics Solutions

• Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates

Also responsible for:

• Punctual and flawless order and documentation handling
• Reporting to Team Leader

The good candidate will have:

• The position is suitable for a fresh graduate, experience in logistics is an advantage (especially in ocean/road freight)

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market-leading software applications.

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must

• Initiative and a strong sense of the organization in order to meet customers' requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Proactive approach

• Professional communication
