YOUR TASKS

  • Establish the Sales Hub on-site including recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team
  • Define, negotiate, and manage SLAs with internal stakeholders
  • Review processes across different channels, improve and standardize them
  • Ensure operational performance and process quality within the hub
  • Coordinate E2E processes with KAMs, Regional Sales, and central functions
  • Own hub reporting and KPI management
  • Identify & implement improvement opportunities in Sales processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Excellence project team
  • Coordinate feedback especially during initiation phase and during process improvement

YOUR PROFILE

  • Min. 8 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Project Management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to build a new structure and team from the ground up
  • High process and KPI orientation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in an international environment, ideally in industry/automotive
  • Challenger and striving for excellence mindset
