ARTOS is a family-owned engineering company specialized in bakery technologies and industrial automation. For more than 30 years, we have been helping bakeries improve production processes through technology, engineering expertise, and practical know-how.

Today, we are taking the next step.

We are building a new SaaS platform that connects manufacturing, production planning, monitoring, and operational data into a single ecosystem. This is not another generic business application. It is a product designed to solve real problems in real factories and help manufacturing companies make better decisions every day.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to become a long-term part of this journey. Someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, takes ownership of their work, and wants to have a direct impact on both the technology and the future direction of the platform.

You will join a small, highly skilled team where communication is straightforward, decisions are made quickly, and your work will have a visible impact from day one. As the product grows, you will have the opportunity to influence architecture, technical standards, and the overall direction of development.

What will you do?

• Develop a new SaaS platform for manufacturing and bakery operations

• Work across the full technology stack using TypeScript, React, Express, Prisma, and PostgreSQL

• Collaborate with the MES/SCADA team and help connect software with real manufacturing processes

• Participate in architecture and technical decisions as the platform grows

• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to the long-term direction of the product

• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow

What do we expect?

Must have

• Strong TypeScript (we run v5.4, strict mode, no any)

• React (hooks, component composition)-we’re on React 19 and TanStack Query

• Tailwind CSS 4 + shadcn/ui + Radix UI

• Vitest, ESLint, CI/CD

• Express, Zod, Prisma 7 ORM + PostgreSQL

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Comfortable working with English documentation and codebase

• Based in the Czech Republic

• Willing to travel approximately once per month to Mohelnice

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to have

• Interest in manufacturing, MES, IoT, or industrial systems

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)

• Familiarity with monorepo setups (Turborepo, Nx, or similar)

• Experience with Docker Compose, Redis, Traefik, Nginx, AWS S3 SDK, and Bash scripting

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and PostgreSQL RLS

• Czech or Slovak language¨
