Become a Sales Manager who develops new business opportunities, builds long-term customer relationships, and helps customers transform their logistics operations through innovative automation solutions.

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who will help us grow the AutoStore business across the Czech Republic and Slovakia and drive complex automation projects from first contact to signed contract.

What will be your role?

  • Identify and develop new AutoStore business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive customer outreach
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial customer contact through contract signature, including requirements analysis, solution design, simulations, budgeting, offer preparation, contract negotiation, and closing
  • Consult customers on logistics processes and automation potential to ensure the optimal solution fit
  • Collaborate closely with logistics consultants, application engineers, and technical teams to develop high-quality customer solutions
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships, ensuring continuous communication, trust, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop the Czech and Slovak AutoStore market by contributing to sales strategy, forecasting, business development, and pipeline growth
  • Represent Kardex and AutoStore during customer meetings, site visits, trade fairs, industry events, and professional forums
  • Support the future growth of the local AutoStore organization as the business expands

What are we looking for?

  • Completed secondary education in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak and English (additional CEE language are an advantage)
  • Sales experience within intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, automation technology, or a related industry
  • Proven track record in project-based B2B sales and solution selling
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, build relationships, and drive results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment
  • Willingness to travel
