Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with dealers & clinics (business partners) to sell the products and consult on business growth.
· Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share within a country.
· Open new regional/national dealer accounts and establish partnerships with clinics in various European countries.
· Work collaboratively across functions to achieve Osstem business objectives and foster harmonization within the organization.
· Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive results.
· Represent the company at relevant industry events & functions such as exhibitions, seminars, congresses, etc.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
· Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
· Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree.
· The ideal candidate will have experience as an account manager (sales representative).
· Preference will be given to candidates experienced in selling dental products/equipment.
· Ability to quickly establish and develop strong credibility with customers.
· A dedicated team player and self-motivator with robust teamwork skills.
· Superior communication abilities for building relationships throughout the organization.
· Personal characteristics typically associated with a sales specialist include being presentable, goal-oriented, having high integrity, and being ethical.
