YOUR TASKS

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the controlling team within the RVS EU organization (Rail Vehicle Services)
• Leading, motivating, and developing team members (currently 3)
• Commercial support for responsible departments
• Planning (Budget / Forecast / Outlook) of all cost element and alignment with responsible departments
• Coordination of intercompany incomes and expenses, investment plans, coordination of headcount plans and personnel costs
• Operative Controlling: management of cost positions, ongoing controlling of investments
• Approving of indirect material requests
• Closings: monthly, quarterly and year-end
• Development of Controlling tools and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• 6-8 years of experience in controlling
• Strong knowledge of financial KPIs
• Experience with SAP FICO and MS Office
• Knowledge of IFRS and ideally HGB (German GAP)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English (German is a big advantage)
