Lean Engineer Senior

Drive Meaningful Change - Make Work Smarter, Leaner, and more Impactful

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and have a strong background in Lean? If optimizing processes comes naturally to you, we’d love to have you on our team. We’re looking for an experienced Lean Enthusiast who can transform challenges into opportunities and has a sharp eye for improving operations, making work more efficient and easier for our teams.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Rolling out our Lean philosophy (Munters Production System) across the company.
• Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to streamline, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency not only in production environment.
• Bringing in fresh tech and smarter workflows.
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving work standards in line with ISO standards and Lean principles.
• Leading teams in adopting 5S, continuous improvement practices, and other Lean methodologies.
• Helping teams grow through Lean & MPS training.
• Collaborating directly with production and support teams to keep the improvement flowing.
• Taking care of the Lean office and coordinating daily activities to support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Providing data and analysis to support strategic decision-making and measure impact.
• Reporting progress and sharing ideas and challenges with senior leadership.
• Managing and developing our system for collecting improvement suggestions.
• Handling day-to-day Lean ops with a hands-on attitude.

You’ll Totally Fit In If You

• Have at least 5 years of experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Have strong analytical skills and can create effective, sustainable solutions.
• Know how to apply Lean principles in real-world situations within customized production and can explain them in a clear and accessible way.
• Enjoy teaming up to solve problems and achieve shared goals.
• Adapt quickly to change and are able to guide others do the same.
• Bring energy, structure, and precision into everything you do.
• Are driven to make a meaningful impact on safety, quality, and the environment.
• Are fluent in both English and Czech (written and spoken).
