We are expanding across Central and Eastern Europe. Revenue management is central to how we grow.
The role
You will lead revenue management across our Prague portfolio, setting pricing strategy and managing distribution across all channels. You work directly with OTAs, own the channel manager, and collaborate daily with Customer Care and Reservations - reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
You understand that revenue management is about net revenue and cost structure, not just the sales rate.
What will you own
- Pricing & availability - manage rates and availability across all Prague locations in real time
- OTA relationships - work directly with Booking.com, Expedia, and other partners; own all extranet platforms
- Channel manager - keep all channels configured, aligned, and up to date
- Cross-team collaboration - daily touchpoints with Customer Care and Reservations to align strategy and operations
- Forecasting & reporting - own the revenue calendar, budgeting cycle, and performance reporting to the CRO
- Distribution strategy - monitor channel mix, booking windows, and cost of acquisition; identify and act on gaps
- Team development - lead, develop, and grow a team of Revenue Managers; set standards, share knowledge, and build capability as the portfolio expands
Our top Candidate
- 5+ years in revenue management in hospitality, apart-hotel, or short-stay accommodation - with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
- Proven ability to lead revenue strategy - not just execute it. You have set direction, not just followed it.
- Deep hands-on expertise with channel managers, OTA platforms, and extranet tools - you can configure, troubleshoot, and optimise without support.
- Solid grasp of PMS and revenue management systems (RMS) - you've evaluated, implemented, or significantly configured them.
- Experience managing revenue across a multi-property or multi-market portfolio - ideally including international expansion.
- Commercially sharp - you work in net revenue, cost of acquisition, and margin, and you can translate data into decisions quickly.
- Czech and English.
- Based in Prague.
