We are looking for an experienced Controller who wants to be a partner to management, understands numbers in context, and can translate strategy into clear and meaningful figures.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and propose measures based on analyses
• Prepare financial models and forecasts of future development
• Evaluate investments and support decision-making on investment opportunities
• Design and implement corrective actions to improve the company’s financial performance
• Regularly report on economic indicators and company performance
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and ongoing forecasting
• Compile and complete supporting documents for financial planning
• Analyze variances between plan, forecast, and actuals, including identifying root causes
• Cooperate within international teams on cross country projects
• Implement the group reporting methodology within the Czech companies and manage changes on timely and accurate basis

What we expect:

• University degree in economics and more than 5 years of experience in controlling
• Strong analytical thinking and data orientation
• Ability to link numbers with business reality
• Independence, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Communication skills for cooperation with management and headquarters in Spain (English/Spanish)
• Active advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and taxes
• Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel occasionally
