What will be your responsibilities?
L1/L2 Support for TAS System
- Intake, triage, and resolution of user tickets across all entities
- Incident diagnostics, workaround delivery, and escalation to the L3 development team
- SLA management and ticket KPI reporting
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal knowledge base
- User access management, role and permission administration
Support for the TAS Modernisation Programme
- Participation in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Hyper-care support following each new instance go-live
- Preparation of test scenarios and regression test packs
- Knowledge transfer from consultants to end users
- Functional validation following upgrades and release deployments
Multi-Entity Operational Support
- Day-to-day communication with local super-users
- Management of local specifics and customisations following instance separation
- Coordination of planned downtimes and release windows across entities
- Management reporting — ticket status, incidents, and system availability
Collaboration with the Development Team
- Ongoing communication with the Product Owner
- Reporting of bugs and feature requests originating from operations
- Participation in release planning meetings
- Preparation of release notes for end users
What do we expect from you?
- 2+ years of experience supporting business systems (ideally document management, accounting/invoicing, or ERP systems), experience with TAS is a major advantage
- Previous basic knowledge of finance processes (invoicing, monthly close, approval workflows)
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong documentation skills
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
