We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Business Manager who will take ownership of assigned brands and be responsible for their growth, profitability, forecasting and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance and development of assigned brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, retailers and key business partners.
- Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies and growth initiatives.
- Drive distribution expansion across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Manage forecasting, inventory planning and stock health.
- Monitor pricing, profitability, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Lead business reviews, promotional activities and product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, purchasing and operations teams.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in consumer electronics, distribution, retail, category management, brand management or business development.
- Experience working with vendors, distributors and retail partners.
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage forecasting, business planning and profitability.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and Power BI experience are an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Czech or Slovak is a plus.
