We are looking for a motivated HR Lead who combines strategic HR expertise with strong operational ownership. You will lead the HR domain, drive excellent and efficient HR operations, and build scalable people processes that support our company growth.
What would you work on?
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the HR team, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and accountability across HR activities.
- Take full ownership of the HR domain, make independent decisions, and ensure the team delivers reliable, high-quality support to employees and leadership.
- Lead and mentor HR team.
- Design, oversee, and continuously improve HR processes, standards, and policies in line with business needs and employment law requirements.
- Lead HR projects, change initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration, managing complex communication with employees, leads, and company leadership.
- Act as the main owner of HR tools, ensuring data quality, process optimization, and effective use of systems across the company.
What makes you a great candidate?
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with ownership of HR operations, projects, and people processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, employment-related regulations and HR standards
- Strategic HR expertise with the ability to design scalable processes and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Strong HR tools, reporting, budgeting, and employee data management experience, with high attention to data quality.
- Ability to make independent decisions, take full ownership, and ensure accountability within the HR team.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment, transparency, and trust across the company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
- Experience with international HR practices or HR setup is highly valued.
