What will you do?
- Support customers in solving technical issues (online and on-site)
- Diagnose faults and propose solutions
- Support sales of products, workshop tools and diagnostic solutions
- Sharing technical product information with customers
- Contribute to the development of service concepts
- Handle warranty claims and work with technical documentation
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate of TUL or a technical secondary/university school (ideally Mechanical Engineering)
- A motivated individual eager to learn and grow – no prior experience required
- English min. at B2 level (NJ is an advantage)
- MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

- You are comfortable communicating (with customers and internally)
- You are independent and responsible
- Willingness to travel, mainly within CZ, SK
