What will you do?

  • Support customers in solving technical issues (online and on-site)
  • Diagnose faults and propose solutions
  • Support sales of products, workshop tools and diagnostic solutions
  • Sharing technical product information with customers
  • Contribute to the development of service concepts
  • Handle warranty claims and work with technical documentation

Who are we looking for?

  • Graduate of TUL or a technical secondary/university school (ideally Mechanical Engineering)
  • A motivated individual eager to learn and grow – no prior experience required
  • English min. at B2 level (NJ is an advantage)
  • MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to travel, mainly within CZ, SK
