IT Service Desk Agent

The position is based at the Wilo CS office in Čestlice, Czech Republic with direct line reporting to the Director for Regional IT Services Europe.
Supporting ~1200 users in 24 different countries, you will work within a team with colleagues in Czech Republic, UK, and Greece and collaborate with IT experts at Head Office in Dortmund, Germany.
Using the IT Service Management platform from TOPdesk (https://www.topdesk.com) you will be responsible for the efficient handling of tickets to ensure resolution within the SLA.
Main Responsibilities
Solve tickets within area of responsibility and where personal admin privileges allow.
Escalate tickets to 2nd level and to other systems experts.
Monitor status of tickets to ensure prompt responses.
Reporting of ticket statistics.
Requirements
Education and/or recent work experience in IT systems & support
Advanced English
Knowledge/Expertise of the following systems & tools:
MS Windows & Office
MS Server
Active Directory (AD) & Azure Active Directory (AAD)
MS Exchange - on-prem & online
MS Configuration Manager
MS Intune
Windows Remote Assistance (MSRA)
Remuneration package
Base salary from 60.000 CZK + bonus
Car Allowance 2.000 CZK/month
