What You'll Do

  • Support French-speaking partners with orders, deliveries, invoicing, and account-related queries
  • Manage the order administration process from entry to completion
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor outstanding payments, support collections activities, and help maintain financial discipline
  • Resolve issues proactively while delivering excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports and keep track of key operational and financial data

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French and English
  • Experience in customer support, order management, administration, or collections is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused personality
