What You'll Do
- Support French-speaking partners with orders, deliveries, invoicing, and account-related queries
- Manage the order administration process from entry to completion
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor outstanding payments, support collections activities, and help maintain financial discipline
- Resolve issues proactively while delivering excellent customer service
- Prepare reports and keep track of key operational and financial data
What We're Looking For
- Fluent French and English
- Experience in customer support, order management, administration, or collections is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused personality
