For our important client – an international company operating in the healthcare sector – we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of :

Financial Analyst / Financial Controller

The Financial Analyst / Controller will play a crucial role in consolidating financial data and preparing comprehensive reports and analyses for a group of companies operating in the healthcare sector across several countries.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for :

• Prepare and consolidate sales, management, and KPI reports
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Analyze financial data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights
• Partner with business teams to support fact-based decision-making
• Collaborate with finance teams across the group and communicate findings to key stakeholders
• Support ad hoc financial projects, process improvements, and implementation of new financial systems

The ideal candidate has :

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in audit, financial analysis, or data analytics ( Big Four experience is a plus )
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in an international environment
