Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps roles.
• Fluent English (C1) – strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding of finance management (non-financial manager level).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and SW Development Lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and decisiveness.
• Consultative, negotiation, and facilitation skills to drive consensus.
• Ability to work independently with transparent, diplomatic communication.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of project/task management tools (JIRA, Clarity).

Main Responsibility

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

• Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, aligning spend with business goals and requests.
• Drive capacity planning and scenario modeling to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Business Representatives, Finance & PMO & Agile Tribe to validate investments and shape IT roadmaps.

2. Cost Monitoring & Optimization

• Track spend vs. budget, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Drive building and maintenance of financial dashboards (Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
• Ensure data accuracy and process automation for efficient reporting.

3. Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Enforce IT cost governance and compliance with Group standards.
• Advise teams and leadership on financial best practices (training, workshops).
• Act as the key finance liaison between RETO SSC and Financial Controlling.
• Support ad-hoc projects and act as backup for the Demand Manager.
