THE TASKS - You make a difference

• You analyze existing warehouse and logistics processes and translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• You design and configure WMS processes that support operational excellence and business growth.
• You facilitate customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions.
• You manage implementation projects throughout all phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• You advise customers on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• You collaborate with international project teams, product specialists, and software developers.
• You contribute customer insights and market requirements to the ongoing development of our WMS products.
• In addition, you advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite.

THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful

• You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics software solutions.
• You understand warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments.
• You have experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles.
• You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• You are willing to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required.
• You are fluent in Czech and English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
