This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of facility management operations at a large industrial site in Teplice and to work closely with an international client in a dynamic, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day coordination of facility management services to ensure the smooth operation and proper maintenance of the client’s industrial site
- Managing external and internal services, including cleaning, security, HVAC maintenance, and technical support services
- Ordering and supervising necessary repairs and maintenance works
- Driving cost optimization initiatives related to technical and infrastructure maintenance
- Monitoring service performance and ensuring high-quality delivery from external vendors
- Coordinating ad-hoc and project-based services
- Preparing monthly reports on completed and planned works
- Preparing quotations for additional works and services
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Monitoring and reporting utilities consumption, including water, gas, heating, and electricity
Your Profile:
- Secondary education with graduation or University degree (technical or related field preferred)
- Proven experience in facility management within an industrial or technically demanding environment
- Strong technical knowledge of building and infrastructure maintenance
- Experience with logistics or industrial facilities will be a strong advantage
- Very good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Experience in cost optimization and budget management
- A well-organized, reliable, and independent working style combined with a strong business mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external service providers
