This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of facility management operations at a large industrial site in Teplice and to work closely with an international client in a dynamic, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the day-to-day coordination of facility management services to ensure the smooth operation and proper maintenance of the client’s industrial site
  • Managing external and internal services, including cleaning, security, HVAC maintenance, and technical support services
  • Ordering and supervising necessary repairs and maintenance works
  • Driving cost optimization initiatives related to technical and infrastructure maintenance
  • Monitoring service performance and ensuring high-quality delivery from external vendors
  • Coordinating ad-hoc and project-based services
  • Preparing monthly reports on completed and planned works
  • Preparing quotations for additional works and services
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Monitoring and reporting utilities consumption, including water, gas, heating, and electricity

Your Profile:

  • Secondary education with graduation or University degree (technical or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience in facility management within an industrial or technically demanding environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of building and infrastructure maintenance
  • Experience with logistics or industrial facilities will be a strong advantage
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Experience in cost optimization and budget management
  • A well-organized, reliable, and independent working style combined with a strong business mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external service providers
