We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Relocation Specialist to join our international company. In this role, you will support customers throughout the relocation and immigration process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience form onboarding to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist assignees with relocation procedures, visa applications, and work permits
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors and immigration authorities
• Support relocated customers during onboarding and registration processes
• Maintain accurate customers records and relocation documentation
• Ensure deadlines and complience requirements are met
• Respond to clients queries related to relocation and mobility services
• Update data in internal systems
• Contribute to improving relocation processes and customers experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken) is a must
• Driving license (active driver)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint)
