O pozici

Pracovní nabídka

Treves is a rapidly growing, dynamic group operating across 4 continents and 16 countries, with a proud team of 4,600 employees worldwide. Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Pilot for our plant in Prestanov, Czechia.

What You'll Do

  • Material Savings (VA/VE): Actively identifying and implementing savings in material dimensions and structures (eg, changes in thickness, format, and composition).
  • Waste Reduction: Conducting detailed analysis to minimize technological scrap and material overconsumption.
  • Continuous Improvement (Kaizen & 5S): Organizing and leading practical workshops based on pre-designed professional standards.
  • Flow Optimization (VSM): Mapping processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and reducing production lead times.
  • Efficiency Enhancement (SMED): Reducing machine changeover times and increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Layout Design: Designing efficient workspace and assembly line layouts to ensure smooth, continuous material flow.
  • KPI Reporting: Monitoring implemented Lean processes utilizing a professional audit system.
  • Poka-Yoke: Implementing technical solutions and operational arrangements to eliminate errors and defects in production.
  • Standardization: Translating and integrating global TREVES processes into the daily operations of the plant.
  • Training & Development: Educating staff on Lean tools and fostering a strong plant culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Education: University degree or Secondary school education; a technical background is an advantage.
  • LEAN Experience: Strong focus on the practical implementation of LEAN principles. (Note: The original phrasing was a bit awkward for a job requirement, so this adapts it to highlight the candidate's ability to actually execute Lean concepts).
  • System Knowledge: Solid understanding of production and ERP systems.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English for daily business communication.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary that reflects your leadership and technical expertise.
  • Flexible working hours and 5 weeks of paid vacation to help you recharge.
  • An on-site cafeteria.
  • Contributions toward life insurance.
  • A company laptop and a mobile phone (including a SIM card) to ensure you have the best tools to do your job.
  • Access to continuous corporate training and professional development, alongside regular company events and team-building activities.
