At Panorama by Verdi Hotels 4*, we are looking for a Director of Sales & Partnerships who will lead our Sales team, strengthen our commercial activity and help shape the next phase of the hotel’s development.

We are a large 441-room hotel in Prague 4 – Pankrác, with strong potential in corporate, group, leisure, meetings and conference business. The hotel is currently going through an important rebranding phase under Verdi Hotels, creating space for stronger market visibility, new partnerships and fresh commercial direction.

This is not a maintenance role.
It is a leadership opportunity with influence.


What will you be responsible for?
Your key mission will be to lead the Sales team, bring clear structure and rhythm, drive business development and build long-term commercial opportunities.

You will mainly focus on:

  • leading, motivating and developing a Sales team of approximately 8–9 people,
  • setting clear sales priorities, responsibilities and follow-up routines,
  • driving business development across corporate, leisure, groups, meetings and events,
  • strengthening relationships with existing clients,
  • developing new local partnerships, especially around Prague 4 and the Pankrác business district,
  • growing meetings and conference business, especially company events of around 100 participants,
  • supporting conversion of enquiries into confirmed business,
  • working closely with Revenue, Marketing, Front Office, F&B and Operations,
  • representing the hotel externally in client meetings, networking activities and market events.
  • You will report directly to the General Manager and become part of the hotel’s Head of Department leadership team.

You will also participate in regular business review and revenue meetings and have direct influence on sales strategy, priorities and commercial performance.


Who are we looking for?
This role could be the right fit if you are currently working as a:

  • Senior Sales Manager,
  • Assistant Director of Sales,
  • MICE / Corporate Sales Manager,
  • Hospitality Sales leader ready for a Director-level step.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • at least 5 years of experience in hotel sales, MICE, corporate sales, travel trade or a similar commercial environment,
  • experience with leading, coaching or coordinating a sales team,
  • strong commercial mindset and active sales drive,
  • ability to build trust with clients, team members and senior leadership,
  • structured, hands-on and proactive approach,
  • confidence in working closely with GM, Revenue, Marketing and Operations,
  • Czech and English language skills.
  • Hotel or hospitality experience is strongly preferred, but we are also open to strong profiles from MICE, events, travel trade or corporate hospitality.
