We are looking for a Senior Consultant AI Business Development to support the design, evaluation and scaling of AI-driven business models in an international and innovation-focused environment.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, business case excellence and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies to identify valuable use cases, shape business opportunities and translate innovation into scalable business impact.

Possible tasks in this role

• Design and validate AI-enabled business models, from productivity and efficiency use cases to scalable digital service offerings.
• Develop robust business cases, including ROI scenarios, value potential assessments, assumptions and management-ready decision proposals.
• Identify relevant AI use cases across business functions and support their transition from early concept to implementation and scaling.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for technical teams and implementation partners.

Qualification requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Relevant professional experience in AI business development, strategy, consulting, business modeling or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing business cases, evaluating investments and preparing management-level decision documents.
• Good understanding of modern AI concepts such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents or predictive analytics.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, cloud environments and the interaction between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills as well as a structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style.

• Strong business mindset with the ability to connect strategy, technology and commercial impact.
• Confident communication style and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Fluent English and German language skills are required.
