Purpose of the Role:

Project Launch Specialist is responsible for the successful industrialization and launch of new products (power supplies) into serial production. The role ensures that all manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes are ready to meet required targets in terms of quality, cost, and timing.

Key Responsibilities - what you will do:

• Project / Launch Management - lead or support NPI (New Product Introduction) project from design transfer to serial life
• Cross-functional Coordination between R&D, Production,Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Controlling&Procurement
• Manufacturing Readiness - Process Flow, Control Plan, SBQ Report
• Quality & Validation - ensure APQP, support PPAP preparation
• Risk & Issue Management - identify, track and mitigate launch risks
• Customer (R&D and/or Product management) & stakeholder communication
• Performance Tracking - monitor and report Key KPI´s
• Continuous Improvement - capture lessons learned, standartization and optimization of NPI processes

Requirements - what you have to know:

• Technical degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Experience in NPI / industrialization / production launch
• Experience in electronics or power electronics manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan
• Manufacturing processes in electronics
• Understanding of test systems (ICT, HV, BI, SYS testing) is an advantage
• English - working proficiency
