This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a brand-new procurement team from the ground up across the CEE region and play a key role in defining the future of procurement within an international environment.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Owning and implementing the procurement strategy for the CEE region,
  • Building, leading and developing a new procurement team,
  • Identifying new suppliers and establishing long-term strategic partnerships,
  • Negotiating contracts, commercial terms and pricing agreements,
  • Managing sourcing initiatives and tender processes,
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders,
  • Driving cost optimisation, risk management and supplier performance improvement,
  • Supporting and participating in international group-wide projects.

Who are we looking for?

  • A procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or strategic supplier management, ideally within an international environment,
  • A strong negotiator capable of building long-term strategic partnerships,
  • A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and business-oriented approach,
  • A proactive and independent professional who enjoys creating and improving processes,
  • A person with excellent Czech and English communication skills.

What do we offer?

  • A high-impact leadership role with a direct influence on business performance,
  • A unique opportunity to build and shape a procurement function across the CEE region,
  • The autonomy to create processes, develop a team and make a visible business impact,
  • Collaboration with international teams and suppliers across Europe,
  • Company car,
  • A competitive benefits package including performance bonuses, pension/life insurance contribution, meal allowance, company canteen, 5 weeks of annual leave, professional development opportunities, training programs, education support and company events.

If you are looking for a role where you can build, influence and make a visible impact, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. We look forward to hearing from you.
