Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is a division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries in mystery shopping project management.

For our GSC Quality Assurance team we are looking for:

External Project Data Validator with French

The Data Validator will be responsible for the content and language check of the data collected in surveys from Mystery shoppers.

• Work on big international projects with key players (e.g. finance, telco, automotive…) and opportunity to cooperate with the world's biggest clients
• Fully remote work
• Flexible work (position is suitable for university students, parents on parental leaves, expats, full-time employees seeking additional income, etc.), you can work at any time during the day
• Remuneration per validated survey (typically 30–150 CZK, depending on survey complexity)

What we expect:

• At least B2-Level French
• At least B2-Level English
• Dutiful, dependable and responsible person, with attention to detail
• Good communication
• Notebook for the validation work + Basic PC skills
