Join Our International Expansion in Food Distribution
We are a dynamically growing food distribution company expanding our operations into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. To support this strategic growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager who will play a key role in developing our presence and building strong commercial partnerships across both markets.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and manage key customer relationships in the Czech and Slovak food retail and distribution sectors
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion activities
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable long-term partnerships
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and marketing
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food distribution, FMCG, or retail sector
- Experience in the dairy market is a plus
- Proven track record in key account management and business development
- Strong knowledge of the Czech and Slovak markets
- Czech, Slovak, English / Hungarian is essential
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial focus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly
