We are looking for an independent colleague to join our IT team and take responsibility for user support, IT infrastructure administration and the handling of technical requests in day-to-day operations.We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Microsoft environment, who can manage both operational and technical IT tasks and independently handle incidents, administration and continuous improvement within their area of responsibility.
What will you be responsible for?
- Providing user and application IT support with a focus on Microsoft technologies (and basic support for Dynamics 365)
- Administration of Microsoft Windows Client and Windows Server environments
- Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and print servers
- Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and user support in resolving incidents and service requests
- Analysis of IT requirements, proposal of suitable technical solutions and participation in their implementation
- Infrastructure monitoring and working with a ticketing system
- Administration of end-user and mobile devices, scanners and printers
- Ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and resolving operational incidents
- Participating in IT security, patch management and regular system maintenance
- Supporting the development of IT systems, preparing technical documentation and coordinating external suppliers
- Participation in standby / on-call duty
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Windows Client and Windows Server environments
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and common server roles and functions
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally including administration of basic services
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and common networking technologies
- Experience working with a ticketing or ITSM system and the ability to work according to priorities and SLA requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT security, vulnerability management and patch management
- Ability to analyse technical requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Ability to work with third-party applications and evaluate their behaviour in operation
- Basic knowledge of Azure or Linux is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL principles or a similar operational framework is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Network technology is an advantage
- English at least at B2 level for communication with international colleagues and working with technical documentation
- Driving licence, category B
