CRM Communication Manager (HighLevel)


Become the person who will lead communication with more than 22,000 clients and help build one of the most advanced CRM ecosystems in the education sector in the Czech Republic.
We are not looking for an administrator.

We are not looking for someone who simply sends newsletters.

We are looking for a strategic partner who will manage communication across the entire organization, design customer journeys, develop our HighLevel CRM system, and transform our database into an engaged community of satisfied and active clients.

Within our management team, we internally refer to this role as the "Conductor of Communication", because its mission is to ensure that the right person receives the right information at the right time.


Who We Are
We are a non-profit organization, a career and counseling center, and one of the largest educational institutions for foreigners in the Czech Republic.


Your Mission
You will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM communication delivers measurable results.

You will design and manage systems that help clients access career and counseling services, find the right course or retraining program, join our communities, attend webinars, and discover additional services exactly when they need them.

Your goal will not be to send as many emails as possible.

Your goal will be to guide well-informed and satisfied clients toward meaningful decisions.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the HighLevel CRM system
  • Working with a database of more than 22,000 contacts
  • Creating and optimizing customer segmentation
  • Managing tags and Smart Lists
  • Designing and supervising automated workflows
  • Preparing email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Building customer journeys
  • Analyzing campaign performance
  • Proposing communication improvements
  • Working closely with the management team on CRM strategy

AI Will Be Part of Your Everyday Work


We expect you to actively use ChatGPT and other AI tools for:

  • Newsletter creation
  • SMS campaigns
  • WhatsApp communication
  • A/B testing
  • Customer segmentation
  • Performance analysis
  • Identifying new communication opportunities
  • We are not looking for someone who writes everything from scratch.

We are looking for someone who can manage communication quality and effectively leverage modern technologies.


Your First 14 Days
During your first two weeks, you will become familiar with our organization and its services.

Your first deliverables will include:

A CRM system audit
Database analysis
Proposal for optimal segmentation
A three-month communication plan
At least 10 concrete recommendations for improving CRM performance
 
How We Will Measure Success
Every week, we expect you to bring at least one concrete improvement proposal.

For example:

A new automation
Better segmentation
A reactivation campaign
An improved customer journey
Higher conversion rates or engagement
We do not expect you to wait for instructions.

We expect initiative, strategic thinking, and the ambition to continuously improve our organization.


What We Offer
Guaranteed Fixed Compensation
CZK 20,000 - 25,000 per month.

Unlimited Performance-Based Commission
For every client who completes a purchase and becomes a paying customer as a result of CRM communication and the processes you manage, you will receive:

CZK 250 commission for each paying client.

There is no upper limit on commissions.

Your income directly reflects your ability to create effective communication, build successful automations, and increase the number of satisfied clients over the long term.

Our long-term objective is for approximately 400 new paying clients per month to become the standard outcome of a well-functioning CRM ecosystem rather than an exceptional achievement.

Example Monthly Earnings
400 paying clients → CZK 120,000

(CZK 20,000 fixed salary + CZK 100,000 in commissions)


The Most Important Part of This Role
To succeed as a CRM Communication Manager, you must develop an in-depth understanding of our organization, our services, and the needs of our clients.

Knowing how to operate a CRM system is not enough.

We are looking for someone who understands why our services exist, what value they provide, and whose lives they can improve.

You must thoroughly understand our career and counseling services, our courses and retraining programs, our communities, and all related services so that you can clearly communicate their value to thousands of people through both automated and personalized communication.

Your responsibility is to ensure that every client receives information about the service that best matches their current situation and needs at exactly the right moment.

Understanding our clients is equally important.

A CRM Communication Manager must think about their motivations, goals, and concerns, design customer journeys, and continuously improve communication so that it remains natural, valuable, and results-oriented.

This role also involves close collaboration with AI tools and chatbots.

We do not expect them to operate independently.

We expect you to continuously monitor, evaluate, refine, and improve their communication based on real client interactions. You will help them provide better answers, recommend our services more effectively, and guide clients through their decision-making process.

Ultimately, we are not looking for a system administrator.

We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for ensuring that our organization's communication is meaningful, professional, and focused on one objective:

Helping every informed client find the right service and make a decision that genuinely improves their future.
