For our important client, we are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for real estate development. In this key role, you’ll provide strategic insights to executive leadership, optimizing financial performance and aligning projects with corporate goals. You’ll drive annual planning, oversee forecasting, assess investment opportunities, and lead a skilled FP&A team to deliver impactful results. Role Overview:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for real estate development, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Optimize financial performance and capital allocation across projects to align with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Drive annual budgeting and long-term financial planning, aligning with market trends and project specifics. Collaborate with teams to integrate financial planning into operations.
Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee accurate forecasting and reporting; analyze variances and prepare insights for leadership and investors.
Project Analysis: Conduct feasibility, ROI, and sensitivity analysis for development projects; assess investment opportunities and monitor financial performance.
Capital & Cash Flow Management: Support capital structure management, secure project funding, and manage cash flow forecasting.
Performance Metrics: Develop KPIs for project profitability, cost, and timeline adherence; benchmark performance and recommend improvements.
Leadership & Development: Lead the FP&A team, promote collaboration, and drive system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years in FP&A, with real estate experience and senior leadership.
Skills: Advanced financial modeling, ERP and real estate software proficiency, strong accounting knowledge.
Competencies: Real estate acumen, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
Language: Business-level English.
