Your #FutureInSight with EssilorLuxottica
Looking for a role where your analyses influence strategic business decisions? Where you’ll see how the business really works behind the scenes — from performance tracking to strategic decisions? If you’re curious, analytical, and want to grow, this is a good place to start.
We’re looking for a part-time Business Analyst Intern to join our Business Planning team in Prague and support the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) leadership team.
This role is a great fit for a recent graduate or Master’s student who enjoys working with data, asking the right questions, and understanding how business decisions are really made. You’ll go beyond reporting — helping transform data into actionable insights, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to projects with real impact across the region.
Acting as an internal consultant, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and support key strategic initiatives. The role combines strong analytical work with business context and requires the ability to communicate insights in a clear and structured way.
What you will be doing
- Support CEE leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Analyze financial and business data to identify trends and opportunities
- Turn data into clear, actionable outputs (no overcomplicated slides)
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Work with teams across the business to gather and validate data
- Take part in strategic projects and business reviews
- Improve reporting and analytical tools
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree (finished or ongoing), ideally in Economics, Finance, Business, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and large datasets
- Advanced Excel (analysis, modelling)
- PowerPoint skills — you can structure a story and present it clearly
- Interest in business strategy and how companies operate
- Good communication skills — you can explain complex things simply
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent English (you’ll use it daily); other CEE languages are a plus
What’s in it for you
- Flexible working setup (fits around your studies)
- Real exposure to senior leadership — you’ll see how decisions are actually made
- Hands-on experience in business planning (not just admin tasks)
- Friendly, down-to-earth team that will support you and give you space to learn
- Opportunity to grow and develop (incl. access to Leonardo learning platform)
- Employee discounts on our products
- Modern offices in Prague (Karlín), easy to get to
