For our multinational banking client in Prague, we are currently looking for a Back Office Receptionist who will become a key point of contact for visitors and colleagues alike.

If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail, and like keeping things running smoothly in the background, this role could be a great fit for you.

What will be your role?

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and external clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling incoming calls and general reception agenda
  • Managing visitor and access cards, including parking access
  • Coordinating courier services, mail and package deliveries
  • Booking and supporting meeting rooms
  • Providing administrative support to the team and office operations
  • Taking part in organizing internal events (e.g. Environmental Days and similar initiatives)


What do we expect from you?

  • Secondary education
  • Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive mindset
  • Professional and approachable manner
