As a Transformation and Change Project Manager, you will lead and orchestrate change initiatives across our GHSE HQ segment of 6,000+ employees, shaping future ways of working and ensuring successful adoption of transformation programs.
You will work at the intersection of business, HR, and technology — designing structured change approaches, enabling leaders, and embedding transformation into everyday operations
Which challenges are expecting you:
Transformation & Change Leadership
- Lead and support transformation and change initiatives across HQ support functions and DTSE shared services
- Drive both small- and large-scale transformation programs with measurable impact
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, HR priorities, and transformation initiatives
Change Strategy & Execution
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and design tailored change strategies
- Develop communication, engagement, and adoption plans to manage resistance and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report outcomes to senior leadership
Transformation Playbook & AI Enablement
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a standardized transformation playbook
- Introduce and scale AI-powered tools to support change delivery and decision-making
- Enable consistent and scalable transformation approaches across the organization
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on transformation and change topics
- Build strong alignment and engagement across all levels of the organization
Capability Building & Community Development
- Coach and train managers, teams, and HRBPs in change management best practices
- Build and nurture internal change management communities to share knowledge and experience
- Strengthen organizational capabilities in managing transformation
Innovation & Future Ways of Working
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, agility, and performance
- Drive adoption of innovative and future-proof ways of working
- Ensure transformation efforts are sustainable and embedded into daily operations
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in transformation and change management, ideally in ICT or similar environments
- 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms in a Project Lead role
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable frameworks and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
- Ability to manage complexity and drive alignment in dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI or similar)
- Experience working with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms
- Strong data-driven mindset, including KPI tracking and reporting
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments
- Passion for driving transformation and enabling people through change
- Business fluent English
- German is an advantage
