Slevomat Group is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in expanding our partnerships with Italian providers. In this position, you will be on the front lines-identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring our collaborations deliver outstanding results, working alongside two colleagues who are already thriving in this market. You will directly influence how Slevomat Group grows, how many customers we delight, and how strong our brand becomes in the Italian market.

You will have the freedom to choose which hotels and facilities youd like to collaborate with and negotiate deals that benefit both our company and our partners, while ensuring an unforgettable experience for our clients. Youll have the full support of your team and supervisor whenever you need it.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Building & Management:

    Actively search for, approach, and build a high-quality portfolio of Italian hotels, ranging from stunning mountainside resorts and luxury spas to stylish boutique hotels and urban apartments.

  • End-to-End Deal Negotiation:

    Manage every aspect of the contracting process, including market research, initial outreach/cold calling, consultative sales discussions, pricing alignment, contract finalization, allocation management, and long-term account growth.

  • Value Creation & Quality Assurance:

    Create appealing, high-performing offers that our clients will love. Ensure clean data management within our systems and maintain fair, transparent communication with all external partners and internal colleagues.

  • Market Analytics:

    Monitor trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior within the Italian travel market to introduce new categories, strategic products, and fresh opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with our International Deals management and Sales support teams, who will fully back you up with administrative tasks to ensure seamless deal launches.

Requirements:

  • Mindset: An active, curious, and go-getter mindset. You are resilient to rejection, comfortable negotiating under pressure, and possess strong self-discipline to drive your pipeline forward.

  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written Italian and English is strictly required.

  • Market Insight: Demonstrated sales experience in Tourism with a focus on B2B acquisition. A strong connection to the Italian travel industry, prior experience working with hotels via third-party channels, or direct contacts with Italian hotel operators is a major advantage.

  • Travel & Flexibility: Residency preferably in Italy or Slovakia/ Czech Republic with the willingness to travel to Italy at least once per month for personal partner meetings and tourism fairs. A valid drivers license is required.

  • Work Rhythm & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to internal planning systems, database tools, and CRM software. Availability during standard business hours (8:00 - 16:00 or 9:00 - 17:00, based on your preference).

  • Start Date : You can start ideally in September, but we are open to discuss other options.
