Your Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations and leading the team on the floor. You will ensure service excellence, inspire your colleagues, and bring our brand values to life in every guest interaction.
What You’ll Do
Operations
- Ensure all brand standards and service procedures are consistently met
- Support smooth daily restaurant operations and collaborate across departments
- Supervise service flow and guide team members on the floor
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide expert menu recommendations
- Handle billing, payments, and cash control in line with company procedures
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, systems (e.g. MICROS), and reservation basics
- Ensure mise-en-place and shift readiness at all times
- Support shift closing procedures and reporting
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
- Build long-term relationships with guests through authentic interactions
- Create a welcoming and engaging dining environment
Team & Leadership
- Act as a role model and provide guidance to junior team members
- Support a positive team atmosphere aligned with Hyatt values
- Participate in trainings, briefings, and continuous development
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
- Uphold company policies and represent the brand with professionalism
- Adapt to operational changes and business needs
