How you will contribute

• Lead and inspire the store sales team in achieving targeted sales and KPIs goals

• Ensure that policies, operational standards, guidelines and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented

• Create a positive work environment and take part in the training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff

• Be responsible for the boutique stock management and implement stock audits effectively

• Analyze the performance and maximize the business potential of the store

• Coach store staff on excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

• Strengthen customer loyalty by supporting the sales team in clienteling activities

• Develop new opportunities and gain new customers

• Network with other colleagues to share best practices in order to bring the store at its full potential

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in senior roles prefarebly within *luxury industry, market knowledge

• Team player with ability to lead, excellent in motivation and team management

• Business driven, strong sales data analysis sense

• Problem solving

• Strong communication skills

• Outstanding sense of customer service

• Organized and detail oriented

• Passion for fashion industry, sensibility for luxury sector

• Fluent in Czech and English

• Ability to operate business software programs, proficient with Word and Excel
