How you will contribute
Lead and inspire the store sales team in achieving targeted sales and KPIs goals
Ensure that policies, operational standards, guidelines and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented
Create a positive work environment and take part in the training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff
Be responsible for the boutique stock management and implement stock audits effectively
Analyze the performance and maximize the business potential of the store
Coach store staff on excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
Strengthen customer loyalty by supporting the sales team in clienteling activities
Develop new opportunities and gain new customers
Network with other colleagues to share best practices in order to bring the store at its full potential
Qualifications and Skills
At least 3 years of experience in senior roles prefarebly within *luxury industry, market knowledge
Team player with ability to lead, excellent in motivation and team management
Business driven, strong sales data analysis sense
Problem solving
Strong communication skills
Outstanding sense of customer service
Organized and detail oriented
Passion for fashion industry, sensibility for luxury sector
Fluent in Czech and English
Ability to operate business software programs, proficient with Word and Excel
