Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys working with candidates, keeping processes moving, and delivering a smooth recruitment experience?

We are currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company based in Prague in hiring a Recruitment Experience Partner – DACH for a temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate communication or RPO environments who would like to work in an international, structured and process-driven setting.

About the role

As a Recruitment Experience Partner, you will be the main point of contact for candidates and will support recruitment processes across the DACH region.

You will work closely with internal Recruitment Business Partners and hiring teams to ensure a smooth, fast and positive candidate journey from the first interaction through to offer stage.

Key responsibilities

  • Acting as the main contact person for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing candidate communication, screening and shortlisting
  • Conducting first-round recruitment interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes
  • Supporting Recruitment Business Partners with candidate management and recruitment execution
  • Keeping recruitment systems updated and ensuring data accuracy
  • Following defined recruitment processes, timelines and compliance standards
  • Helping improve the overall candidate experience

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, either in-house, agency or RPO
  • Experience with high-volume or multi-market recruitment is an advantage
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • Good communication, screening and shortlisting skills
  • Ability to work in structured, process-driven and tech-enabled recruitment environments
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR/recruitment systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality and compliance
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal stakeholders

Practical details

  • Location: Prague
  • Planned duration: until 31 March 2027 (9-months employment assignment)
  • Start date: ideally as soon as possible
  • Workload: full-time
  • The benefits package for a 12-month assignment includes 25 days of holiday, 4 sick days, home office contribution, meal vouchers, annual bonus eligibility subject to company policy, and a Multisport card. Please note that benefits may be adjusted proportionally depending on the actual assignment duration.
  • Language requirements: German and English
