For our client, an international company located in Prague 9 (Horní Počernice), we are looking for the Customer Service/Logistics Specialist with active knowledge of Czech and English.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service requests
  • Identification and assessment of customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building relationships and trust with customers through open and proactive communication
  • Creation of business documents in the system (purchase orders, sales orders, offers)
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Provision of suitable solutions and alternatives within the specified deadlines
  • Close cooperation with the sales team
  • Timely delivery of information materials to customers
  • Ensuring documentation in the CRM system
  • Consignment warehouse handling and inventories
  • Pricing
  • Database maintenance
  • Training of new colleagues in customer service

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Academic degree in business studies or similar
  • Min. 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics (medical advice is a plus)
  • Czech or Slovak (native) and fluent English (min.B2) is MUST!
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel Advance, Experience with Power BI is plus
  • Knowledge of working with ERP systems
  • Good communication skills, customer orientation, reliabel and teamwork
  • Starting date: ASAP or 1.8.2026
