Your Role
We are looking for a CAD/PLM Specialist (Junior–Mid) with a technical background and motivation to grow in the automotive industry. The role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career, as well as those with initial experience. Structured onboarding and training are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform error analysis and data quality checks
• Work with engineering data in CAD and PLM systems
• Communicate with engineering, IT, and business teams
• Support process improvements and ensure data consistency
• Prepare and analyze data using Excel

Requirements

• Background in automotive engineering or a similar technical field
• Experience with or interest in CATIA V5
• Basic understanding of CAD / PLM systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Languages

• English or German – working proficiency (B2–C1, daily communication required)
• Slovak or Czech – required

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as KVS, Connect, FastDMU, 3Dx
• Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within Volkswagen environment
