In Arthrex, we help physicians improve patients’ quality of life – and excellent customer service is an essential part of that. We are looking for someone who can listen to customers, effectively handle their requests, and at the same time keep order in orders, data, and processes. You will be a key link between our customers and the sales team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver outstanding service in every interaction
- Understand customer needs and turn them into effective, timely solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and clear communication
- Support the full order-to-delivery process, including creating and managing sales documents
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare and tailor offers, pricing, and customer communication
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Manage consignment stock and support inventory processes
- Coordinate the timely distribution of information and materials to customers
- Contribute to trade fair follow-ups, reporting, and evaluation
- Maintain data quality across internal systems (including NEOS database)
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Business Studies or similar
- Min. 3 years work experience in customer service / logistics
- Native Czech or Slovakian speaker
- Solid English, both written and spoken (at least B2)
- Experienced in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- High customer orientation
- Reliability and teamwork
- Result-oriented
