At Hilton Prague Atrium, our Meetings & Events business moves fast. High demand, strong competition, international clients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of it — building relationships, closing business, and knowing when to push and when to listen.

The job, in simple terms

Your focus is clear: converting enquiries into revenue — and doing it well.

You’ll be:

• handling incoming event enquiries and turning them into confirmed business
• preparing commercially sound offers that also meet client expectations
• guiding clients through our spaces and helping them bring their event ideas to life
• identifying upsell opportunities in a natural, client-friendly way
• staying on top of your pipeline, deadlines, and follow-ups
• working closely with the planning team to hand over accurate and well-prepared events

You’re not just sending quotes — you’re helping clients make the right decisions

This will suit you if

• You enjoy talking to people and are comfortable handling more challenging conversations
• You’re motivated by targets and take pride in achieving them
• You’re organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
• You’re interested in the business side of things, not just day-to-day operations
• You bring a positive, proactive attitude — even when things don’t go your way
