What You Will Learn & Do:

• Launch an MES: Help implement and deploy our new core manufacturing platform.
• Master Power BI: Build dashboards that business leaders use for critical decisions.
• Solve Tech Puzzles: Troubleshoot daily ERP/MES issues and support our end users.
• Train the Team: Lead user training and create simple technical documentation.
• Own Your Future: Gradually take the lead on specific business applications.
• What We Expect
• Educated: High school or university degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical curiosity.
• Data-fluent: Solid skills in Microsoft 365, especially advanced Excel.
• Language-ready: Strong written and spoken English for daily global teamwork.
• Mindset: Analytical, eager to learn, and ready to solve real-world problems.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Any basic experience with SQL, databases, or Power BI.
• Past exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of how ERP or MES systems work.
