This is an opportunity to shape the technology strategy of an ambitious international real estate and investment group, leading initiatives across AI, digital collaboration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and business transformation.

We are looking for someone who is result-oriented team player with 5+ years’ experience in IT or technology related management roles. This position will appeal to an energetic, self-driven, flexible, and innovative individual with superior organizational skills and experience with new technologies out there, e.g. AI, productivity and collaboration tools etc.

You'll work directly with executive leadership to define the company's technology roadmap and digital strategy.

We expect:

• Minimum BA or B.Sc. degree in IT technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in IT Management
• Experience with: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure, Intune, VMware, Microsoft Copilot, Apple Business Manager, Cloud-first Environments
• Experience with: SharePoint, ChatGPT Enterprise, Entra ID, Cloud platforms and Cybersecurity tools; would be considered as advantage
• Technology smart & ability to identify and apply AI for use in business and company solutions
• Knowledge of servers and cloud solutions/technologies
• End users and project management experience
• Fluent English and Czech, very good communication skills and flexibility
• Translating technology into practical business solutions for end-users
• Excellent knowledge of technology and IT trends

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company's technology strategy
• Lead digital transformation
• Identify AI opportunities to improve performance and efficiency and implement new technologies
• Improve business processes
• Introducing new technologies
• Partner with business leaders
• Lead cybersecurity, ensure security of data, network access and backup system
• Manage vendors
• Oversee infrastructure, manage computer systems and company websites
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, consultants, and service providers
• Identify problematic areas, audit systems, and assess their outcomes and implement strategic solutions
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
