Role Purpose:

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will optimize local commercial processes, drive data-driven decision-making, and act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and leadership teams. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who can see "beyond the numbers" and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Processes: Drive performance management, KPIs, and reporting in close cooperation with the (Global) Head of Commercial Development and CZ Country Head
  • Data & Analytics: Develop standard reports (sales, products, customers, contracts) and turn complex data manipulation into actionable business insights.
  • Target Setting: Implement appropriate analysis, set yearly targets for commercial teams, and ensure follow-up.
  • ComEx Programs: Lead key initiatives, such as Segmentation and Targeting, and support the Annual Business Planning process.
  • Business Development: Support strategic projects, build business cases for approval, and present action plans to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer between the local branch, the region, and global HQ.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven track record in commercial project management, business analysis, or commercial excellence.
  • Education: MSc degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems and PowerBI is an advantage.
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal Czech and English.
  • Mindset: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, high energy, self-motivated, and the ability to make independent decisions while challenging the status quo.
