Your Mission
In this role, you will support different finance teams and gain exposure to key processes within Purchase-to-Pay (PtP), Order-to-Cash (OtC), and Accounting-to-Report (AtR).
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting daily operational tasks across assigned finance teams
- Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable activities (PtP)
- Supporting customer invoicing, cash collection, and account reconciliation (OtC)
- Assisting with general accounting tasks, month-end close, and reporting (AtR)
- Working with financial systems and tools (e.g., OCR, ERP systems)
- Helping to resolve discrepancies and support data accuracy
- Participating in improvement, optimization, and ad-hoc projects
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting senior team members with daily tasks
Your Profile
You are a motivated and detail-oriented student who is eager to learn and develop within finance and accounting. You enjoy working with data, are not afraid to ask questions, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- University student, preferably in economics or a related field, available to work 20 hours per week
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Fluent English is required; Czech language skills are considered a plus
- Good Excel skills and interest in working with data
- Knowledge of accounting systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills
Location and Travel
This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
The role is primarily office-based during the first months, with the possibility to work from home up to one day per week after the onboarding period. No travel is required.
