About Enterstore

Enterstore is a fast-growing e-commerce group headquartered in the heart of Prague, operating leading consumer brands across Europe. We acquire, build and develop category-leading businesses with the ambition to create long-term value through operational excellence, digital expertise and strategic acquisitions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Group CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of the business, gaining exposure to executive decision-making, acquisitions, strategy and leadership while ensuring the CEO office operates efficiently.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys combining outstanding organisational skills with curiosity, analytical thinking and a genuine interest in business.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO can operate at maximum effectiveness. You will manage the day-to-day executive support while also contributing to strategic initiatives, research and special projects across the Group.

You will work closely with senior management, board members, investors, advisors and colleagues across our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the Group CEO's calendar and priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Prepare itineraries, meeting materials and briefing documents
  • Organise board meetings, management meetings and executive events
  • Take ownership of follow-up and action tracking after key meetings
  • Manage expense reporting and travel administration
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with presentations, reports and executive correspondence

Business & Strategic Support

  • Conduct market, industry and competitor research
  • Research potential acquisition targets and prepare company profiles
  • Support due diligence processes and acquisition projects
  • Prepare background material and briefing papers for meetings
  • Assist with board presentations and strategic reports
  • Monitor key strategic initiatives and ensure follow-up across the organisation
  • Analyse information and present concise recommendations to support decision making
  • Use AI and modern productivity tools to improve research and executive workflows

Office & Administrative Management

  • Coordinate office administration and external suppliers
  • Manage contracts, document filing and administrative processes
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Coordinate office events and executive visits
  • Handle invoice administration and support finance with documentation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO Office

Who You Are

You are highly organised without losing sight of the bigger picture. You enjoy solving problems, learning new things and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You take initiative rather than waiting for instructions, and you are comfortable moving between administrative tasks and strategic assignments.

You are equally happy arranging an international business trip in the morning and researching a potential acquisition opportunity in the afternoon.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred
  • 2–6 years of professional experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Consulting, Corporate Development, Project Management or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Czech language is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and research

What We Are Looking For

We value attitude as much as experience. The ideal candidate is:

  • Exceptionally organised
  • Curious and commercially minded
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Trustworthy and highly discreet
  • Comfortable working with senior executives
  • Able to prioritise under pressure
  • Detail-oriented while keeping focus on the bigger picture
  • Eager to learn and continuously develop

Why Join Enterstore?

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the Group CEO of a rapidly growing international group.

You will gain first-hand exposure to:

  • Corporate strategy
  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Board and investor interactions
  • Leadership and organisational development
  • International business
  • Executive decision-making

For the right person, this role offers an exceptional platform for long-term career development within Enterstore.
