We are Prusa Research. In Prague's Holešovice, we develop and manufacture 3D printers loved by the entire world. They are used by companies like Lockheed Martin, Škoda Auto, and SpaceX, but most importantly, in hundreds of thousands of households, workshops, and garages by people who discovered the magic of 3D printing thanks to them. We manufacture and sell the best printers in the world, and 3D printing is taking off at an incredible pace. And we know very well that this is just the beginning!


We are looking for a new teammate to join our direct B2B Sales team as a B2B Inside Sales Specialist. This role is crucial for us—it will completely change the way our sales has operated so far. Your task will be to offload the administrative workload and initial contact from our sales representatives, allowing them to fully focus on closing deals with already qualified customers.

What will you do?

  • First contact and quick response: You will be responsible for the fast processing, handling, and organization of inbound requests.
  • Qualifying leads: You will talk to customers and identify their needs to help filter the most interesting business opportunities.
  • Working in Salesforce: Our main CRM is Salesforce —your mission will be to keep all data about prospects and customers 100% clean, consistent, and up-to-date.
  • Setting up meetings: You will connect qualified leads with our Sales Managers and schedule calls or meetings for them.
  • Creating outreach campaigns: You are not afraid of occasional active "cold" activities, so you will run ad-hoc email or phone campaigns yourself.
  • Providing sales support: You will act as a solid support system for the entire sales team in their daily handling of information.

Who are we looking for?

  • A tech-savvy and organized individual: We need someone with an eye for detail who can precisely and promptly manage data in our CRM. Routine tasks don't bother you.
  • A teammate who isn't afraid to pick up the phone: Cold calling and active outreach don't scare you—simply put, you are not afraid to call strangers and get things sorted.
  • Excellent English skills: You can communicate fluently both spoken and written at a C1–C2 level, as our clients come from all over the world.
  • Drive and attitude: Previous experience isn't the most critical factor for us—if you have the drive and the right attitude, we are happy to teach you everything!
  • What will give you an advantage (but is not a must)? If you already have experience in B2B sales , know your way around 3D printing , or speak other world languages (Spanish, French, or Italian are big pluses for us).
