For our client, an international and successful international company based in the center of Prague, we are looking for a Group Senior Financial Controller.

Job Description

• coordinating budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes,
• preparing and reviewing Group-level financial analyses,
• analysing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and key operating KPIs,
• reviewing country submissions and challenging local finance teams where needed,
• preparing materials for senior management, the Group CFO / Deputy CFO and other stakeholders,
• developing improved reporting templates, bridges, variance analyses and business explanations,
• supporting the standardisation of FP&A processes across countries,
• cooperating closely with accounting, consolidation, local CFOs and other HQ finance teams,
• identifying data quality issues and following up with relevant owners,
• improving the link between financial reporting, operational KPIs and business decisions,
• participating in finance transformation, automation and reporting improvement

Your Profile:

• experience in controlling, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting,
• strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly explain variances,
• a solid understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow,
• advanced Excel and reporting skills,
• confidence to challenge country finance teams and local assumptions,
